A Dispensary Built Around the People of Orland Hills

A short drive through Orland Hills brings you to a retail counter designed for clarity, comfort, and confidence. The Orland Hills location of Altius Dispensary was shaped around a simple idea: cannabis shopping should feel approachable whether you arrived with a detailed list or only a vague sense of what you want. Every shelf, every product category, and every staff interaction is organized to help you make an informed choice without pressure or confusion.

The name Altius means higher, and it inspires our motto, Change Your Altitude. That philosophy drives how we run this store. Our mission is to provide access to a curated cannabis experience that supports a quest for higher wellness, and our vision is to serve you through a class leading retail experience. At the Orland Hills counter, those are not slogans printed on a wall—they are the standard we measure ourselves against each day.

Three Ways to Shop at Our Orland Hills Counter

Different people want different things from a dispensary visit. Some want speed. Some want conversation and guidance. Some want to browse slowly and discover something new. The Orland Hills location supports each of these approaches through a combination of online tools and in-person service.

• Online ordering: Browse the current menu from your phone or computer, build your cart at your own pace, and lock in your selections before you ever leave home. This is a good option when you already know what you want and prefer to skip the browsing step entirely.
• In-store pickup: After placing an order online, drive to the Orland Hills location and collect your items at the dedicated pickup point. Your order is gathered and verified in advance, so the time you spend at the counter stays short.
• Walk-in browsing: Prefer to see products in person first? Step inside, take your time with the displays, and ask our staff anything you like. This is the route most first-time guests choose, and it is the one we built our floor layout around.

Ordering Online and Collecting In Store

Online ordering is intended to remove friction, not add steps. You select your products, confirm your cart, and submit the order. From there, our team on the floor pulls your items and sets them aside. When you arrive, you present valid identification, confirm your order, and complete your purchase. The process is deliberately streamlined so that a quick stop stays quick.

In-store pickup pairs naturally with online ordering, but it also works well for anyone who wants certainty. Because your products are reserved the moment your order is confirmed, you avoid the disappointment of arriving to find a favorite item already gone. If you have a question about something in your cart before pickup, our staff can address it when you reach the counter, so you never feel locked into a choice you are unsure about.

What a First Visit Looks Like

Walking into a dispensary for the first time can feel unfamiliar, and we plan for that at the Orland Hills location. Before anything else, bring a valid government-issued ID—this is required every time, for every guest, and our team checks it at entry. Once inside, you are free to explore at whatever speed suits you.

New visitors often arrive with questions about product types, strengths, forms, and how each option fits their goals. Our staff is there to explain the differences in plain language, point out items that match what you describe, and leave the final decision in your hands. There is no expectation that you know the vocabulary ahead of time. If you want to learn, we teach. If you want a fast answer, we give one. The goal is that you leave feeling you were helped, not sold to.

Accessories, Collectibles, and Everyday Essentials

Beyond the core menu, the Orland Hills location carries a wide selection of accessories for both newcomers and longtime enthusiasts. Whether you are starting your first kit or completing a collection built over years, there is something here for you. For the professional cannabis connoisseur or the beginning accessory collector, our diverse selection of pipes, ashtrays, stash jars, and more offers something for everyone.

We can help you cover your basic cannabis needs, or we can add whimsical and unique conversation pieces to your set of consumption goodies. Even the simplest errand—like picking up a new battery for your vape—can turn into an enjoyable browse as you move through our inventory. These everyday items sit alongside more decorative and distinctive pieces, so a quick replacement trip can become an opportunity to find something that reflects your personal style.
